Final Sale Policy: At Ibn Al Jebouri Perfumes, all sales are final. Once a purchase is made, it is not eligible for return or refund. We encourage our customers to review their selection carefully before completing their purchase.

Damages and Issues – Leakage and Broken Glass Considerations: During shipping, our perfumes may experience conditions that can result in minor leakage or, in rare instances, broken glass. While we diligently secure our products to withstand shipping conditions, factors like air pressure changes and carrier handling can lead to these issues. If significant leakage (such as a quarter of the bottle or more being empty) or broken glass is observed, please contact us immediately at ibnaljebouri@gmail.com. It is crucial to report any such issues within 2 days of receiving your order to enable us to address and resolve the matter promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: In alignment with our final sale policy, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Limited edition releases.
  • Opened or used perfumes, due to quality assurance, integrity, and hygiene considerations.
  • Scents that a customer did not like. We encourage thoughtful selection, as returns based on personal scent preference are not accepted.
  • Items sold as part of a clearance sale.
  • Products purchased using gift cards.
