A clear guide to how we prepare, ship, and safeguard your Jebouri order. Detailed, transparent, and customer-focused.
Order Processing
Each Jebouri order is hand-prepared, crafted, and packed with attention to detail. Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days. Processing excludes weekends and public holidays and includes the full preparation pipeline — creating, quality-checking, and packaging your products.
During busy periods such as new launches, promotional events, or holiday seasons, processing may take longer. We will always send a shipment confirmation and available tracking once your order leaves our facility.
Please note: processing begins after payment confirmation. We do not offer same-day dispatch.
Shipping Destinations & Product Restrictions
We ship across Canada, to the United States, and to many international destinations where permitted by local customs and carrier regulations. The available shipping options for your address will display at checkout.
- Perfume oils: Ship to Canada, the USA, and many international destinations.
- Perfume sprays (elixirs): Ship only within Canada and to the USA, via ground services only, due to hazardous-material regulations and carrier restrictions.
If an item in your order cannot be shipped to the selected destination, we will remove that item and issue a refund for it, while shipping the remainder of your order when possible.
Carriers & Tracking
We partner with trusted carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, DHL, and Purolator. Available services and rates appear at checkout so you can choose the delivery option that best fits your needs.
Tracking is provided for services that include tracking. Tracking information typically appears within 1–4 days after the carrier scans your package. If you select a service without tracking, real-time updates will not be available.
For the most immediate assistance on in-transit deliveries, contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number is often the fastest option.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery windows vary by destination and service selected:
- Canada & USA: Up to 9 business days after processing.
- International: Varies by country, customs processing, and chosen shipping method.
These are estimates provided by carriers. Once a parcel is in the carrier’s hands, we cannot control transit time or customs clearance. Delays caused by customs, severe weather, high seasonal demand, or carrier operations are outside of our control.
Shipping Fees & Upgrades
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. For customers who select express or upgraded shipping, please be aware that upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Address Accuracy & Changes
Please verify your shipping details carefully before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays, returns, or delivery failure.
If you discover an error after ordering, contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to update your address prior to fulfillment, but cannot guarantee changes once processing begins or the order has been handed to the carrier.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may request reshipment at your expense, or request a refund that will be issued minus original shipping and any return or handling fees charged by the carrier.
International Duties, Taxes & Customs
Most international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you refuse to pay customs charges and your shipment is returned to us, we will refund your order minus any shipping, customs, and administrative costs incurred during the return.
We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering if you are unsure about potential import fees.
Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages
Once your order is in transit, you will receive tracking (when available). We are happy to assist with carrier claims when a shipment is insured.
Delivered but not received: If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to you. We are not liable for theft, misplacement, or loss that occurs after confirmed delivery.
If a package is suspected lost in transit, we will help initiate a claim with the carrier; however, claim outcomes and timing are determined by the carrier’s investigation and insurance terms.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your delivery arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt with your order number and clear photos or video evidence. This helps us to process replacements or claims efficiently.
Claims submitted after 7 business days may be ineligible for replacement or refund.
Returned, Refused, or Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments refused, unclaimed, or otherwise returned to us will not be automatically reshipped. You may choose to:
- Reship the order by paying a new shipping label, or
- Receive a refund minus shipping, return, and processing fees.
Repeated refusal or return of shipments may result in limitations or cancellation of future orders.
Transfer of Responsibility & Liability
When an order is marked as Shipped and accepted by the carrier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer. We are not responsible for damage, delay, or loss that occurs in transit or after delivery confirmation.
Our liability for shipping-related claims is limited to the original purchase price of the affected items.
